•        TCS is rebranding after 15 years

•        The repositioning is for the millennials to identify with the brand 

TCS or Tata Consultancy Services is keeping pace with this generation of professionals by rebranding itself. It has been fifteen years that TCS had positioned itself with the tagline “Experience Certainty”. It is now changing its tagline to “Building on Belief”.

According to company statements, the new brand positioning will go live for the company in the next few weeks. Prior to the rebranding exercise, TCS interviewed more than 200 employees and 100 and more clients to understand the need for rebranding. Though TCS has not revealed how much investment was made into the whole operation, talks about rebranding were ongoing since last year. On the same, the official statement states that TCS had felt the need for rebranding to reflect what the organization today stands for. It was categorically clarified that the rebranding exercise is done keeping in mind the millennials.
